susphoto.com uses PROTX, a secure online card and debit banking system. Upon completion of your transaction, you will see confirmation of the purchase. If you cancel your transaction part way through you will see confirmation of the cancellation.

Eventful Image is committed to protecting your personal privacy and in accordance with UK Data Protection Law, we implement strict security procedures for the storage, use and disclosure of all collected data in respect of subscription, enquiries and sales information.

Information we collect & why

To enable use of the site you must first subscribe using the Registration Form provided. Subscription is Free.

You will be asked to complete the online Registration Form. The form will ask the following:

• Your name
• SUS Institution / Organisation
• Your address
• A contact telephone number
• Your email address (this will be your username)
• Password

This information is stored on a secure database and will only be used for the analysis of this site and statistical information for future investors. At no time will personal information be used or passed on to a third party.

When purchasing prints or a “License to Use” you will be required to submit the following:

• Your name
• Cardholders address
• Mailing address (if different from Cardholders address)
• Telephone number
• Product/s you wish to purchase.

If the order is placed using a credit or debit card we also need the number and expiry date of the card. If paying on account we also need the email and contact name of the person responsible for paying invoices in your accounts payable department. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders and to notify you of your order status.
