Book a Photographer
When booking a photographer for any event it is your responsibility to supply the correct information regarding the event type, venue, time etc.
You must inform us of any changes to the event information as soon as they become apparent.
In the unlikely event that once a booking has been confirmed Eventful Image cannot fulfil the commitment, we reserve the right to withdraw without notice.
You should where possible supply information regarding the event organisers, this helps us make contact and gain permission to cover events and venues.
Postage of Images and Prints
Where prints and image discs are mailed, they will be done so on a 1st class insured basis.
In the unlikely event of a product reaching you in unsatisfactory condition please contact Eventful Image within 72 hours.
Every endeavour will be made to send out prints within 7 days, in extreme circumstances this may take up to 21 days. Please allow 21 days before contacting us regarding prints.
Images on disc will be sent out within 48 hours. In the unlikely event that this does not happen please contact Eventful Image.
Refunds
Refunds on photos cannot usually be given other than for damage which has occurred during delivery, where a full replacement can be arranged. However we want to make sure you are completely satisfied, so if there is a problem with your order, please contact us.
This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
Content Removal
If for any reason you wish to have an image removed from the SUSPhoto website please send your request to info@susphoto.com.
